Actually its not fixed – having the same problem.

Hi, I’m having trouble changing the 7-day FREE trial to a free membership level, & adding existing members to it. When I change the starting date for the free membership and change the membership level from 7 day free trial to Free membership for a member it won’t save the page.

It appears to have saved the info. But when I scroll to the top I see a red flag next to the username that says, this field is required. The username and every other field are filled in. the member is not upgraded to the Free membership level. What can I do?

To bulk move existing members to new free membership level – how is that done?

The text in the fields in the registration form showing subscribers what to type in box/field. eg. Username

1. I’m a bit confused about your statement:

2. Can the result I want be achieved with php or some other code?

3. Can the maker of the emember plugin do a custom job?

P.S. On another matter I’m not receiving email notification of replies to this thread even though I have checked the notification box below.

the year and month dropdown shows but not the actual calendar with all the days/dates on it as shown in the tutorial video for auto upgrade.

Even if you choose a new year the display at the top of the calendar will go back to the date that was in it to start with.

I want to set up auto upgrade but I can’t seem to set the date for starting it in admin or test members account.

Will the auto upgrade work for admin and another test member so I can test whether it is working?

the custom fields in emember – I can’t delete them once they’re created it seems – is that correct?

also the payment page is on the outside of the website and NOT in the members area as there is no free trial.

I’ve checked the debug files and there is no “email sent to….”

I fixed the issue.

I had each level upgrading to itself instead

of to the next level.

It works fine now.
