Tagged: eMember date
Hi,
when editing an existing member’s account a new subscription date in the ‘manage members’ part of emember the calendar will show the year and month but not the individual days and won’t actually change the date. When clicking on the down arrows to select a date nothing happens.
Can you help with this please?
There are a few date fields in a member’s profile. Are you talking about the date value for the “Subscription Starts” field? Or another field?
the year and month dropdown shows but not the actual calendar with all the days/dates on it as shown in the tutorial video for auto upgrade.
Even if you choose a new year the display at the top of the calendar will go back to the date that was in it to start with.
I want to set up auto upgrade but I can’t seem to set the date for starting it in admin or test members account.
Will the auto upgrade work for admin and another test member so I can test whether it is working?
Let me check this on your site so I have better visual reference. I have sent you an email for it.
This is also happening to me. Can you post a solution please. I am attaching a screenshot of the issue. Basically the calendar is not working. Nothing drops down so I cannot select a different date. For me I chose the wrong expiration date for a level and I cannot fix it because of this issue
Although the calendar does not work anywhere and it was previously. This is an emergency.
I will know more when I can check your site’s current configuration and the environment. I have sent you an email for it.
I have responded
This was WP5.5 related. Should be addressed now.
Are you saying that you updated the sites WP?
No, we updated our plugin.
Thanks
Hi,
This seems to be an issue with WordPress 5.8.1
Because the issue seems to be WordPress related; have you tried installing the WordPress 5.8.1 Security and Maintenance Release which came out September 9, 2021?
Also, do the following just to be sure:
