Actually its not fixed – having the same problem.
Hi, I’m having trouble changing the 7-day FREE trial to a free membership level, & adding existing members to it. When I change the starting date for the free membership and change the membership level from 7 day free trial to Free membership for a member it won’t save the page.
It appears to have saved the info. But when I scroll to the top I see a red flag next to the username that says, this field is required. The username and every other field are filled in. the member is not upgraded to the Free membership level. The text in the fields in the registration form showing subscribers what to type in box/field. eg. Username

1. I’m a bit confused about your statement:

3. Can the maker of the emember plugin do a custom job?

the year and month dropdown shows but not the actual calendar with all the days/dates on it as shown in the tutorial video for auto upgrade.
Even if you choose a new year the display at the top of the calendar will go back to the date that was in it to start with.
I want to set up auto upgrade but I can’t seem to set the date for starting it in admin or test members account.

I fixed the issue.
I had each level upgrading to itself instead
of to the next level.
It works fine now.
