Is member level in rego form the same as the ref text in estore settings product

Hi,
to have a 7 day trial then a subscription using eStore – will the registration form be specific to this free trial and subscription. ie. in the estore settings you have to put in the ‘Reference text’ which is the product id.

So after they click on the purchase button of the “Free 7 Day Trial Then $29 Monthly” on this page:

[bettermarksinmaths.com.au/about/join-us]

will the registration form they eventually get to, have the same “Free 7 Day Trial Then $29 Monthly” text in the membership level in the rego form?

Does a free level have to be specified in membership level setting to have a free 7 day trial then a subscription like the one above?

The reference text for the eMember membership is the “membership level ID”:

You don’t need to enable the free membership option for a subscription payment. Trial subscription is part of the standard subscription payment (so it is still a paid subscription model).
