When the zip file is downloaded, via the encrypted link, is it the same size as the one that was uploaded?

You just added Macs to the equation… Is the behavior the same or different between a Windows download and a Mac download; via the encrypted link?

Okay, so just to clarify; you are still having trouble with the encrypted link downloads, correct?

Have you enabled the eStore debug files and looked in the download_manager_debug.log file?

For anyone else trying to use the S3 feature…

The AWS Console is very lax about what you can name your buckets. However, the S3 feature strictly adheres to, and enforces, the AWS bucket naming restrictions.

Please DO NOT use upper case letters in your bucket names!

Okay, glad you got it to work. Did you do anything “special” or did it mysteriously start to work?

When you said that the file was altered, in what way did you mean? Do the MD5 sums match for the original file and the downloaded one?

Windows Explorer should have no problems browsing ZIP files. It treats them as compressed folders.

Did you also check the “Use Manual Payment Option” box?

cURL options could not be set… means that the cURL library is installed, but for some reason trying to send it commands would not work.

Download file could not be opened, means that the file was found, but that it could not be opened.

Please enable the dubug log files and then report back the contents of the download_manager_debug.log file.

Are you self hosting or using a hosting provider?

Have you correctly setup and entered the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key information?

You must manually copy and paste the text in the “Download Link” box into the “Email Body” box.

Also be aware that, whatever you paste into the Email Body box will be persistent. If you generate a new link, you must remember to copy/paste it over the old link in the Email Body box.
