Hi,
I am having trouble getting either of the squeeze forms to work properly. I would like to use the Ajax form if possible, and it gets the end result processed fine (the email is sent and the link to the .pdf works).
Here is the problem:
Once the user inputs their name and email and clicks “Download Now”, the “Processing Order…”, the checkmark graphic, and the green “Email sent!” text appear both in the main page and on the comments section of the page.
If the pingback section is enabled, they appear in all three sections (main page, comments, and pingbacks). The checkmark icon appears twice if pingbacks are disabled, and three times if they are not.
I don’t know how easy this is to fix… it’s probably because of the theme. I’d use the regular squeeze form, but that one gives me a pop-up saying the email could not be sent and does not work at all.
Thanks for your help!

December 28, 2010 at 5:20 pm #27654infinitispMemberAh, can’t believe I didn’t think of that. Yes it works… I will try and find another theme then! Unless you have an easy fix.. I liked that theme!
Thanks=)
December 28, 2010 at 5:25 pm #27655infinitispMemberOk, I found a very similar theme that looks nice and works! Thank you!
December 28, 2010 at 6:12 pm #27656infinitispMemberActually, it is still not displaying the way I would want it to, I was wondering where I could change the spacing of the form? I got rid of the download_icon.png since it didn’t look good with my theme, but now it is too close to the form.
I want to: Have the name/email entry forms beside “name:” and “email:” instead of under, e.g. Name: [ ], and I want an extra line break between the Email form and the “download now” button.
If you could tell me how to do this I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

December 28, 2010 at 9:03 pm #27658wzpModeratorWhat was the name of the incompatible theme?
December 28, 2010 at 10:29 pm #27659infinitispMemberIt was Simple Dark [http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/simpledark]
I switched to Suffusion [http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/suffusion] and it worked.
August 9, 2013 at 5:55 pm #27660GHWilsonMemberI am using a FREE DOWNLOAD squeeze form ( [wp_eStore_free_download_squeeze_form id=8]) on my site
[http://searchablesellers.com/products/letter-templates/free-probate-marketing-letter/]
After the user enters their contact info into my site (which IS capturing the user info into my customer database) the email is sent correctly from WP to the correct address (in green it says “Email sent! Please check your inbox for the download link.”), but when the user checks his email, the email says “Below is your download link: Free Probate Marketing Letter – This product does not have any downloadable content. Thank You.”
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you for your assistance!

August 10, 2013 at 12:58 am #27661adminKeymasterHi Greg, looks like you haven’t specified any downloadable item for your product 8. Please edit this product and go to the “Digital Product URL” field and specify a file URL there. Then test the squeeze form again.

Thank you.
Worked like one of Gozer’s pre-chosen forms.
