ModeratorNo. The stamper only works on PDF files. You must use a multiple file package, which would invoke the stamper for each PDF file.
wzp
ModeratorYes. They let you know, and you use the Admin Functions panel to send them a new set of links. This is the most desirable situation, because it should only happen on rare occasions, and puts a discerning “man in the loop.” If it happens too frequently, you need to either increase the expiry of the encrypted links, or determine if something “strange” is going on.

b) Yes. — Controls number of times an encrypted eStore download link will be converted into an S3 redirection.
c) Yes. — Controls how the buyer interacts with the eStore download manager.

Moderator@Amin
The sample text in this topic does appear to be UTF-8 encoded and is displaying properly (in Chinese) on Firefox. I am emailing you the manual stamping results that I got. As per iamot, the footer is messed up.
wzp
ModeratorPerhaps, you could enlighten us with a description of what kind of shipping challenges you have; so that we could better understand your needs.
wzp
ModeratorIn the product URL, you must specify the URL as as3tp:// instead of http:// so that eStore knows to use S3 instead of your server.
Examples of product URL that will invoke S3…
as3tp://bucket.s3.amazonaws.com/object
as3tp://bucket.s3.amazonaws.com/folder/object
as3tps://bucket.s3.amazonaws.com/folder/folder/object
as3tps://public@bucket.s3.amazonaws.com/object
Replace “bucket,” “folder,” and “object” as appropriate.
wzp
ModeratorI suppose you could use an Excel macro to create a CSV file that could be imported into eStore’s product table, via phpMyAdmin. You’d have to ensure that the imported entries are compliant with the existing tables.
wzp
ModeratorHmmm, didn’t see that last comment. Best we await a definitive answer from Amin when he gets in

Moderatorwzp
ModeratorWhat kind of file is this a link to?
wzp
ModeratorCould you please be more specific about the “not working” part? Also, have you enabled the debug logs?
wzp
ModeratorWhich program, gives you the message “There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired.” It is not an eStore message, and it is not a Firefox message.
Also, the message implies that instead of first saving the downloaded file, that you are trying to open it; as it is being downloaded.
Please try some of these suggestions…
