Generated download link is not working

None of the download links are working for any products on one of my sites. I have tested the direct download link which works but when I generate a download link in Admin Functions the link is no good, e.g. http://www.ser4kids.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/download.php?file=2F7X%2FikDUPCTgqXthg%3D%3D

I have updated the plugin to the latest version but it is still no good.

Could you please be more specific about the “not working” part? Also, have you enabled the debug logs?

Thanks Amin….problem identified. The server is not assigning enough RAM so it is killing the script.
