ModeratorThe 2 most common errors are…
1. Bucket name contains an upper case letter.
2. Bucket or folder name contains a space.

ModeratorTry the above advice and only stick an iFrame on the pages you want it to appear.
wzp
ModeratorIt is not necessary to have index files in your buckets, because Amazon security is based on the object’s individual security setting. If an object is marked as private, it doesn’t matter if someone knows it exists, in your bucket.

ModeratorHmmm, I gave this some more thought…
How about creating the WordPress order form on the WordPress side of your site and then placing it into an iFrame on the static site?

ModeratorPlease read the article I referred to. You do not have to use the “real” PayPal account. Following the guidance in the article, you create a separate PayPal test account; configure eStore to use it; and then perform the sandbox testing.

ModeratorAh, I was clicking on the wrong link. I agree there seems to be a problem, that perhaps Amin can address when he gets in.
As for the QuickTime, it just happens to be that I happen to have my system set to use it as the default player for MP4 files.

ModeratorI suppose you could place a button image on the static site, containg a hard coded link to the same query string that would’ve been generated if a real eStore button were used.
wzp
ModeratorYes, using WordPress as a back-end ordering system would be a quick & easy solution.
Glad you like the S3 Integration

ModeratorHOWEVER, if you choose to ship to an address that is unconfirmed by PayPal, you run the risk of losing any merchant protections that PayPal may offer you.
Also, your business insurance may not cover such losses, because you didn’t ship to a PayPal provided address. The logic is that the insurance company could go after PayPal for loss recovery.

ModeratorThe sandbox uses simulated card numbers, generated by PayPal. Also, only the site admin can setup and use the the sandbox.

ModeratorThe customer had a shortage in his/her PayPal account, so PayPal tried to transfer funds from a backup account. For reasons only PayPal and the customer know, the transfer was unsuccessful. There is no “setting” that you can change to fix that.
