The problem is related to self-hosting of the product files, on a hosting provider, using a plan that has insufficient performance. We usually recommend use of our Amazon S3 Integration. It is my belief the issue is server related. I first tried Chrome and got the expected results. But when I went to Firefox, it acted as though I had already entered a password. You may need assistance fro your hosting provider.

Do you have anything on your site, that is trying to access a browser’s local storage???If you are logged in as the WordPress Admin account; you should still be able to access the eMember admin screens, regardless of if you are logged into eMember or not.
The “eStore_text_input eStore_collect_input” class is controlling that field. If you adjust that CSS class, it will affect all custom input fields. You can adjust the CSS for this field, using the method described here.
If only large files are affected, please give this a read. You might also consider hosting the files on Amazon S3, which is not affected by local server issues. The first year of Amazon S3 service is free.
