WP eStore works well for me UNTIL I add a product that is over 100MB (the actual product is 420MB).
I get this type error when clicking on the Download link on the Return URL (thank you) page, or the thank you email:
Hmmm… can’t reach this page It looks like the webpage at [anandamarga.org/?enc_dl_action=process&file=v4fIveHL2CESxVkv] might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

But the product is there and was not changed. We tried it with at least 5 different products but whenever we go over 100MB we get the error. A 60MB product, no problem.
We run the latest version of WordPress and the latest version of the plugin.
WordPress 5.7.2 running Everything theme.
WP eStore Version 8.2.7 | By Tips and Tricks HQ, Ruhul Amin
PHP upload_max_filesize = 512MB
PHP post_max_size = 1024

That is not an eStore error message. The error is being generated before the browser is able to “kick-off” the download script. Are you running any security related plugins?
hmm, I turned off ALL our security software and same error, again it only happens with large file products, not with files below 100 MB.
If only large files are affected, please give this a read. You might also consider hosting the files on Amazon S3, which is not affected by local server issues. The first year of Amazon S3 service is free.
Great support. Download Manager Related setting Method 6: 1M-Closed-nozip worked best for our server and we are back on track.
