    Hello,

    A user is registered like:

    mrtest (small letters)
    password

Now he log in in the affiliate portal and use:

    MrTest (different letters)
    password

He can login without problems. Now the generated code for the banner and links are
    http://www.domain.cpm/?ap_id=MrTest

But the name is all with small letters. WP Affiliate don’t register the sale now, because it is looking for “mrtest” and not for “Mrtest”.

Also the html code for generated banners are very complicated. How can I strip the useless noced part.
    I just need:

I hope you understand what I mean. Sorry about the worst english.

I have set up wp Affiliate and Wp Estore to work together, but right now the system is not saving commisions. Maybe it’s about the issue below.

    Regards,

In the admin section I can see the clicks also with the correct affiliate ids.
But there is no sale tracked.
I did some test purchase with another computer and account but the commission is not saved.
Of course I used the refferer link domain.com/?ap_id=3dcapo

Also I specified a commission for the autor from 50%. This is not save, too.
The article is sold and the amount is stored in the wp estore area.
I activated this in admin section adding section and also n the article with an existing affiliate account.

So my problem is. I want give away a commission to an autor and a commission to an refferer. Both is not working. The incoming links are tracked with the id from the affiliate as click. But the sale is not recorded.

    Thank you in advance.

Sorry for the lot of relpies. But I can’t edit my post, so I have to add thing by an extra post.

    About WP EStore
I want offer the option “pickup from shop”.
This can be choosed by customer on the checkout page in the shopping cart with a checkbox.
If the customer check the box, everything is running smooth. The text is changing into “You wil pickup” the money for shipping is 0. So far so good.
BUT now, when he is changing the option back (unselect the checkbox), the page don’t do the auto refresh and nothing is happen. So the checkbox is unchecked and the shopping cart shows the text from “pick up”.

So the summary of this thread:

    1. I’m not sure if it is important, that the affiliate id can use without case sensitive. Right now now order will be recorded.
    2. Is it possible to simplify the html code for the banners to a minimum?

    3. No sale is tracked. The affiiate ID is shown everywhere. The clicks are counted with the IDs.

    4. The autor revenue sharing is not working. I have checked this in Addons sections by estore and give the artice the affiliate ID from the autor. Nothing happen.

    5. The checkout (shopping cart) is not refrehing when you chosse back “pick up from shop”

I hope you can help me out with this problems.

Thank you. I thought this was the reason why the sales are not recorded.

So I will wait for the developer answer.
