July 6, 2013 at 12:33 am in reply to: Getting message 3514 from Paypal after attempting to purchase product #56451wpCommerce
ModeratorIt looks like your PayPal account is not fully setup yet so the funds are not getting cleared immediately. The following post will be helpful for you to resolve this:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/reasons-for-a-pending-paypal-payment
FYI:
PayPal error message 3514 indicates that the shopping cart plugin successfully made the transaction request, but Paypal hasn’t been able to complete the transaction.
You need to contact PayPal and ask them what is going on with your account and mention that error message. They will be able to fix it for you.

ModeratorHi, currently “shared payments” option is included in the gateway bundle addon. Rapid 3.0 is still in development.

July 3, 2013 at 2:18 am in reply to: eStore and eMember combination with CCBill payment gateway #56421wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, Yes, you can use the manual checkout of eStore to sell membership. The following post explains how to setup manual checkout:
If you want CCBill then you will need our payment gateway bundle addon as we currently offer CCBILL subscription in the Payment Gateway Bundle addon:
This is how you can set up to offer free downloads for your eStore products:
1. Create a subscription product in eStore and hook it into one of your premium membership level.
2. The following documentation explains how to create members only download page (check method 3 which uses eStore):

ModeratorSo, the basic Authorize.net that is already in estore doesn’t require that I have the payment gateway bundle or any special SSL on my site because it will direct them to authorize.net to complete the checkout? Is that correct.
– Yes, you are right. eStore uses the SIM (Simple Integration Method) api of Authorize.net.
After the transaction the user will be redirected to the “Thank You” page on your site (specified in the
Return URLfield of eStore settings). The plugin will automatically add the user to your aweber list when the transaction is processed.The payment gateway bundle addon extends the functionality of eStore by allowing on-site checkout using Authorize.net AIM and ARB api (the user won’t need to leave the site).
AIM (Advanced Integration Method) api is used to process one-time payment and ARB (Automated Recurring billing) api is used to process recurring payment.
Please note that both AIM and ARB require SSL certificate to be installed on your server.

ModeratorHi, The issue is coming from your theme. Your theme has specified all inputs to be blurry (which is a little strange). I can see the following CSS attributes defined in the style.css file which is whats making the button blurry:
input, select, textarea, a.search-button span
{
text-shadow: 1.4px 1.4px 0 rgba(23, 23, 23, 0.82);
}You can remove that line or try the following option:
Instead of using a plain button, you can use a custom button image which should solve the issue. This post will explain how to use a custom button image

ModeratorHi, please add the following piece of code to
eMember_custom_style.cssfile (it’s in thecssdirectory of the plugin):.eMember_protected_message{
display: none;
}
.register_link{
display: none;
}Let me know how it goes.
July 2, 2013 at 3:27 am in reply to: eStore- Is there a way to add product buy options like buy 1-$30 dropdown 2-$55 #56399wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, You try one of the following options to do something similar:
Option 1 – Using product variation
You can specify the variation like the following for your product:
Select a quantity|Quantity 1:0|Quantity 2:25You can learn more about here:
Unfortunately the
+symbol is required (you can change it to something else if you want). It’s explained in the Limitations section of the documentation above.Option 2 – Using coupons/discounts
You can create different conditional coupons which can be applied for individual item quantity. For example:
Coupon 1:
Individual Item Quantity Is greater than– 2Discount Value: 10%
Coupon 2:
Individual Item Quantity Is greater than– 3Discount Value: 20%
For more information on how to configure a coupon/discount please see the documentation:

ModeratorHi, please add the following piece of code to the
wp_eStore_custom_style.cssfile:.shopping_cart:after
{
content:"Don't have a paypal account? Use your debit or credit card to pay";
}You can style it however you like by adding more attributes. For example:
.shopping_cart:after
{
content:"Don't have a paypal account? Use your debit or credit card to pay";
color:red;
font-weight:bold;
font-size: 150%;
}wpCommerce

July 2, 2013 at 12:47 am in reply to: WP eStore – Change colour of border/button in shopping cart #56414wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, here are some good resources for customizing the shopping cart style:
Cart background color and type color – Can I over-ride what my theme is doing?
Let me know if that helps.
We are working on a floating shopping cart addon for eStore.
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, can you please provide a link to the page so I can take a look at the Add to Cart button?
Instead of using paragraph tags use the following to center the button:
<div style="text-align: center;">[wp_eStore_add_to_cart id=2]</div>You can apply the following technique to center any eStore button. Remember to add this while in the “Text” mode of the editor (because this is HTML code):
<div style="text-align: center;">[shortcode goes here]</div>wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, there is no direct option to import users from aweber CSV. May be import as WP users first and then import to eMember from WP users.
