ModeratorHi, That error shouldn’t have anything to do with your site being slow. Lets fix that error first then you will see what I mean.
WordPress upgraded their jQuery library to 1.10.2 in version 3.7. So the error is related to the recent jQuery upgrade. we already released an update to fix this issue. Please install a fresh copy of the plugin and see how it goes:

December 3, 2013 at 2:10 am in reply to: Image Anchor – 3 side-by-side centered videos on the page #59384wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, it’s going to be hard to align with simple CSS since they have float attribute on them. However, you can use padding to center the shortcodes .For example:
<div style="padding-left: 150px;">

<div>wpCommerce
ModeratorDoes the plugin treat video differently from the embedded image when set to protected mode?
– yes, which is why we don’t mention in the documentation that the anchor image can be protected as well.
December 2, 2013 at 10:26 pm in reply to: Responsive player functionality is not working properly #59389wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, source code is not necessary. If you can just provide a link to the page in question we will be able to check the issue.
which responsive option are you referring to? prettyPhoto library does not have any responsive option.

ModeratorHi, I think I understand what is happening. Lightbox Ultimate doesn’t have any restrictions as to where you can host your anchor image. You can host your image anywhere. All you need is the URL to that image. But the browser also needs to be able to render it. If you set it to “private” Amazon S3 will prevent the browser from loading it (which is why you are seeing the “image missing” icon).
It’s just like inserting an image to a WordPress post/page. You can either load it from your WordPress media library or an external source (As long as the browser can render from that external source).
December 1, 2013 at 12:37 am in reply to: Lightbox Ultimate – video overlay size not displaying correctly #58994wpCommerce
ModeratorYes, I tested it on the latest version of Firefox. “html5: Video file not found” message means either the “video URL” is invalid or it has expired. But I’m not sure why it’s trying to run the video in HTML5 mode. Flash is the preferred way to play a video on Firefox. Do you have flash installed?

ModeratorHi, so everything is working fine now? I’m still not sure what you mean by “use a locally hosted image as my embedded video vs. using one hosted on Amazon S3”.

ModeratorHi, I just tested it on Firefox. It’s playing fine.
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, what is the URL to your embedded image? I tried to check the page link you shared but it doesn’t exist anymore.
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, have you simplified the name of the video as well? A name like the following is likely to cause issues:
name="S3+Protected+Video.mp4"We still have the
autoplayoption. We just made it so you can now selectively enable/disable it on a shortcode (instead of enabling it globally in the settings). For example:[wp_lightbox_protected_s3_video name="video.mp4" bucket="pbhvseries" width="850" height="478" source="http://www.example.com/thumb.png" autoplay="true"]wpCommerce
Moderator@endora, I just sent you a copy via email. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, have you checked the following post?
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, you still haven’t fixed your button code. Please make the changes like I suggested and do a full transaction with your affiliate link. Once the purchase is completed you can check the debug file or share it with us (if you need help understanding).

Moderator@inplainview, The button code looks fine. So I’m not sure why it’s redirecting to the manual gateway. Can you please install a fresh copy of WP eStore plugin?

ModeratorHi, Currently we have the following options for integrating NextGen Gallery with eStore:
Option 1
Option 2

Which one are you using?
Did you use the eStore addon for NextGen gallery integration? You will see that those instructions have been updated (to make it work with Nextgen 2.0).
