Hi guys, thanks for reading
I’m having an issue that I didnt noticed before.
My website has always been Slow, but could not find the reason. Thought it was the template but even with 2010 and 2011 was running slow, so i just assumed it was a bad server speed.
Today a friend told me he runned a Speed test on: [http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/]#!/cOcrXQ/http://enlinea.laalmendra.com
And noticed that I have some sort of issue with a js.query
And also, in my SlimStat plugin every time some one acces shows a 404 error with a js.query issue.
404: /wp-content/plugins/wp-lightbox-ultimate/lib/html5lightbox/jquery.js
Is this a known issue / fix or mabe is something wrong on this end?
Link to my web [http://enlinea.laalmendra.com]
Thank you for reading and helping.
Regards
December 3, 2013 at 10:18 pm #59439wpCommerceModeratorHi, That error shouldn’t have anything to do with your site being slow. Lets fix that error first then you will see what I mean.
WordPress upgraded their jQuery library to 1.10.2 in version 3.7. So the error is related to the recent jQuery upgrade. we already released an update to fix this issue. Please install a fresh copy of the plugin and see how it goes:

December 4, 2013 at 6:20 am #59440LaAlmendraMemberI did not upgraded to 3.7. I’m still using the old version (Not a fan of upgrade problems!!) I have traffic all day, and I dont feel comfortable upgrading by my self, Altho, if you tell me i HAVE to doit, I will …
There are a bunch of “outdated” pluggins (Jul 2013) But this problem has happened from day 1
But I disabled them all and still had the issue….
Will send out an email to perform update on Thursday Night if you require me to …
December 4, 2013 at 10:34 pm #59441wpCommerceModeratorHi, I believe your site is already running on 3.7.1. If you check the HTML (Right Click->View Page Source) of your site you will see that all the JavaScript and CSS files are loaded with a
ver=3.7.1
text (which comes from WordPress by default).WordPress 3.7 has been out for a few weeks now so you should definitely upgrade (if you haven’t already). It is never an option to not upgrade WordPress to the latest version after it has been out for a few weeks.

December 5, 2013 at 9:13 pm #59443LaAlmendraMemberHi, So …. after upgrade, My website got shutdown ….
Apparently too much CPU ussage …
This message is to advise you of a block placed on your database. The database associated with the script in “laalmend” was found to be consuming an inordinate amount of mysql connections, to the point of degrading overall system performance…..[redacted]
December 5, 2013 at 11:19 pm #59444adminKeymasterJust to clarify… our lightbox plugin DOES NOT use any database table. So it does not make any SQL query what so ever. So I hope you understand that those excessive SQL queries are not coming from our plugin.
I don’t know much about your hosting provider but it is not normal for something like that to happen after a WordPress upgrade. Who is your provider and what sort of hosting package do you have?
December 5, 2013 at 11:28 pm #59445LaAlmendraMemberI dont know who is my Provider !!
I got it from a guy that knows a guy !!!
I believe it’s websitewelcome.com (or at least that’s the server)
Well i dont know ,….. the thing is that the Site is Suspended …. Waiting to hear back from the “guy”
Bad news that it’s not related to any of your plugins …. that would have helped me a lot! your Support is Amazing !!!!
Ok, will try to solve it … Google is my friend !!!!!
