ModeratorHi, First we need to make sure that you can play a single Viddler video.
Could you post the exact viddler shortcode you are using to popup in lightbox?
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, I don’t know what actually you did. It would be better if you could explain a bit more.
Lightbox Ultimate is not related to eStore or eMember. So if you make any modification to Lightbox Ultimate it shouldn’t affect eStore or eMember.

ModeratorIt usually happens if you have a plugin that is including hardcoded jQuery library (poor coding). You can learn more about it here:

ModeratorHi, You don’t need any video player to play it. Lightbox Ultimate comes with an HTML5 player.
please post a link to the page where you are using the shortcode.

ModeratorHi, We don’t support that shortcode anymore. Please follow the documentation for playing mp3 file in lightbox (MP3 File Display section):

ModeratorHi, the shortcodes may have been formatted when you copied them from the PDF guide. I removed all the formatting and used as plain shortcodes on my test site. They are working fine now.
You can copy the exact shortcodes from here to see if they work on your site.

[/wp_lightbox_ultimate_fancy_gallery]Please make sure to save the PDF guide first before using any shortcode from it. As long as you are opening it with your own Adobe reader/acrobat there shouldn’t be any formatting issue.

ModeratorHi, Could you please post the shortcodes here so I can check them out?

ModeratorHi, the anchor text doesn’t have any
<p>or<br>tag associated with it. If you revert the CSS back (display:inline) you will see that there is not additional gap between the anchor text and the following line:), but either way it’s always nice to get started off on the right foot.So I think it has something to do with the line before (
It’s a little like opening a box from IKEA. It might seem obvious what to do) or after (Speaking of which, if you run into something that confuses you, or need a bit of advice or) the anchor text. They both seem to have a <p> tag. I don’t know if your theme has any CSS defined that <p> tag will keep that much gap with other elements./*Update*/
I think I just found something. If you use firebug you will see that the following CSS attribute is causing this big gap:
.format_text p {
margin-bottom: 1.467em;
}I believe It’s coming from
gzip.php?css=....... As soon as I turned that off all the elements look normal.wpCommerce
ModeratorWe have a shortcode that you can use to group multiple anchor images:
You can also use your own CSS to do that:
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, I believe that won’t be possible.
However, you can try our inline HTML shortcode to popup custom content. In that case you will have to manually embed the YouTube video followed by the image or logo you trying to use.
Instructions are available here (Inline HTML Display in Overlay section): http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wp-affiliate-link-manager/wp-content/uploads/wp-lightbox-stuff/docs/wp-lightbox-ultimate-shortcodes-by-library-type.pdf

ModeratorHi, could you post a link to the page where you are using the shortcode?
