Lightbox Ultimate – mp3 file doesn't popup

Hi, I just installed plugin and am trying to get the lightbox text mp3 feature to work. When I click on the “TEXT” it plays the mp3 but without the lightbox, etc… I tried deactivating plugins and switching to default wp theme to see if it was the issue but it still does the same thing.

Here’s the shortcode I used:

Version of WP is 3.3.2

Any guidance and direction would be great.
