Lightbox Ultimate – how to fit MP4 video in the popup window

I’m having a little trouble figuring out how to fill the flow player with the video completely. with FLV it seems to work perfect (although it’s not streaming quite as well) so in going with MP4 (which seems to stream much better) I get a black box at the top and the video isn’t in the flow player the way it should be. it can be seen by going to dev.xomark.com and clicking the M at lower left.

I am using the following code

wordpress 3.3.2

Other than the black section at the top of the video and it’s size, everything works great!

I didn’t know how to search for his issue so I apologize if it’s an easy fix.
