Hi, I just checked the source code of your page. It looks like somehow the HTML code for the shortcode got formatted with so many
#038;characters.Before you insert the shortcode please copy and paste it to a notepad (it will remove any formatting). Now copy the shortcode from your notepad and paste it to the visual post/page editor.
There is also a “Paste as plain text” option in the Visual editor that you can use to remove any text formatting.
Do you want to pop up an image or video with fancybox?
I’m still not quite sure about the wp menu you talking about. Do you mean you want to add lightbox effect to each page of the navigation menu?
Hi, there is no option to do that with our plugin. However, you can try doing some customization by yourself. Can you please give an example of the menu you are trying to pop up? Which library do you want to use for the popup effect?
Hi, I think you have specified a value like “0,9” in the “Overlay Opacity” field of Fancybox Settings. Please try changing it to 0.9
Alternatively, you can choose not to specify any value and the plugin will use the default value for that field (0.3).
Hi, we have released another update. Please get a fresh copy of the plugin from here:

Hi, we made some changes to the flowplayer code. Please get a fresh copy of the plugin from here: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
Let me know how it goes.
Please take a look at the steps outlined here:

Hi, I think It’s going to happen no matter what video player you use. If you want to keep the same ratio in fullscreen mode you might want to try some external video hosting sites like Vimeo or YouTube.
we will still look into it to see if Flowplayer has any option to adapt to the current screen resolution.
Hi, I just found out that you are using Lightbox Ultimate version 1.5.5. There is a good chance that the new YouTube shortcode you are trying to use was added in a later version than the one you are currently using. Please get a fresh copy of the plugin from here and then try again:
