ModeratorHi, I still see an additional version of jQuery just before the commented line:
<script type='text/javascript' src='/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.7.2'></script>October 22, 2012 at 2:25 am in reply to: WP Lightbox Ultimate – jQuery error Uncaught TypeError Colorbox #50531wpCommerce
ModeratorYou don’t need that script to run your theme as long as Lightbox Ultimate is activated because Lightbox Ultimate is including another version of jQuery using the proper WordPress API.
<script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.connecttherapy.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.7.2'></script>This is the version of jQuery that needs to be included by any plugin or theme
http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_enqueue_script
This API also makes sure that there is only one copy of the jQuery library even if multiple plugins include jQuery for their functionality.
Your theme is just hardcoding a very old version of jQuery (1.2.6) from the
wp-includesfolder (not using the WordPress API). So now there are multiple versions of jQuery on the same page.Right now if you install a plugin that requires the jQuery library I’m pretty sure It’s going to stop working.

ModeratorHi, I think this is the script that’s causing the issue (I also believe that it’s coming from your theme):
<script type='text/javascript' src='/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.2.6'></script>October 21, 2012 at 2:21 am in reply to: WP Lightbox Ultimate – jQuery error Uncaught TypeError Colorbox #50527wpCommerce
ModeratorCan you please share the link to the page where you are having this issue?
This error usually happens when there are multiple versions of jQuery. You can learn more about it here: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/lightbox-ultimate-clicking-on-the-anchor-does-not-display-any-overlay

ModeratorHi, I just had a look at your page source. You seem to be using shortcodes from both the video lightbox and lightbox ultimate. Please deactivate the video lightbox for now and use only the lightbox ultimate shortcode.

ModeratorHi, usually it happens when there are multiple versions of jQuery library:

October 18, 2012 at 8:51 am in reply to: Lightbox Ultimate – overlaying a 2nd layer over the top of an embedded html #50467wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, I can see two issues here:
1. Your theme is hardcoding an older version of the main jQuery library.
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.RichmondRemedial.com.au/wp-content/themes/boldygreen/js/jquery-1.4.2.min.js"></script>Now there are two versions of the main jQuery library in the same page:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.RichmondRemedial.com.au/wp-content/themes/boldygreen/js/jquery-1.4.2.min.js"></script> (bad)
<script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.RichmondRemedial.com.au/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.7.2'></script> (good)You can learn more about it here: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/lightbox-ultimate-clicking-on-the-anchor-does-not-display-any-overlay
2. Your theme has a built-in prettyPhoto library. So it’s conflicting with the prettyPhoto library of Lightbox Ultimate.
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.RichmondRemedial.com.au/wp-content/themes/boldygreen/js/jquery.prettyPhoto.js"></script>October 18, 2012 at 8:42 am in reply to: WP Lightbox Ultimate – no pop up and no shortcode choice per the tutorial video #50453wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, This is something that OptimizePress developers need to fix. But we will see what we can do. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.

ModeratorThere are multiple issues here. But first you need to take care of the main one – prevent multiple versions of jQuery from loading:
<script src="//code.jquery.com/jquery-1.7.2.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script> (included by OptimizePress)
<script type='text/javascript' src='http://themarkettechnician.com/wp-content/plugins/easing-slider/js/jquery.js?ver=1.4.2'></script> (an old version jQuery included by easing-slider plugin)You can learn more about this here: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/lightbox-ultimate-clicking-on-the-anchor-does-not-display-any-overlay

October 10, 2012 at 4:47 am in reply to: Lightbox Ultimate – HTML Page Content not working with Google Maps links #50197wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, our inline HTML shortcode is the only option to use your custom content with Lightbox Ultimate. For some reason, Google map just doesn’t work well as inline content. It’s not an issue with our plugin. We might need to introduce a custom markup in our plugin only for Google map. But it requires time and planning because there is a lot of customization in it.
October 10, 2012 at 1:21 am in reply to: Lightbox Ultimate – How do I remove the tag from being populated? #50218wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, It’s just an empty div. It doesn’t do anything until you define some CSS properties. But it gives anyone the flexibility of customizing the shortcode anchor style. Could you tell me why you want to remove the div?
