MemberI just performed a few test purchases from your gallery and I was successfully able to buy the photo and I also received the download link email and in addition was able to instantly download the photo from the thank you page too.
Peter
MemberI think having the ability to name the button on the thumbnail is easiest. We will try and add a setting for that.

MemberHi,
Someone from our team will reset your license key.
Regarding the other issue:
Can you please enable debug for photo seller:
Settings-> Enable Logging.
Also can you create a dummy test gallery with a price of $0.01 and send us the link so we can try a test purchase.
Peter
MemberI noticed that you changed the system to “sandbox” mode. My earlier test was made using the live transaction which worked.
One thing I noticed for your sandbox setup is that your test paypal account isn’t 100% properly setup.
Having said that, I still received the email with the download links but never got redirected automatically.
Can you log in to your paypal account and check the following settings:
1) “Auto Return” (this should be enabled)
2) “Payment Data Transfer (optional – recommend to enable this)”
3) Also find the “Instant Payment Notification (IPN)” setting and please enable this feature if it’s not enabled.
Peter
MemberOk I just tried a test purchase and everything worked great – I received the download link and successfully downloaded the photo.
I think you should leave the debug enabled and next time you come across a purchase event which fails, please let us know so we can inspect the logs.
Peter
MemberCan you provide a link to the gallery with the “opens twice” problem?

MemberHave you tried using the “Set Photo Variation Default Quantity To 1” feature?
That might work better for you….
(Look in the Settings>>Advanced Settings)

MemberUpdate:
I have sent you an email with another version of the plugin for you to try.
Please let me know if that fixes the FB like issue.

MemberHi,
It looks like Facebook has made a change to their API (again) and this has affected our “like” button behaviour. Please disable that feature for now until we figure out what is wrong and how to fix it.

MemberTo achieve what you want with the current functionality you can use any one of templates 1, 2 or 3.
These will popup a lightbox in which you can control the photo size. To change the lightbox photo size simply set the “Watermarked Max Preview Dimension (px)” to a desired value.
Peter
MemberWhich template are you referring to?

MemberHi Michael – that’s good to hear!
