Tagged: facebook like
After setting up the whole gallery I wanted to see how will the like button work.
In my FB stream there’s a info that I’ve liked a “Photo detail” – after clicking, it redirects me to a page with this info:
“This page is for displaying the details of a selected photo…”
.. instead of showing the photo I actually like.
Please provide a URL and instructions on what to do, to replicate the issue.
OK
here’s a link to one of my galleries
[http://studiopm.pl/photo_details/?gallery_id=1&image_id=6555]
and here you can find some screenshots showing what I mean.

I clicked the like button under one photo (1), and then used another account to see how it’s presented to others. And it doesn’t look good (2). Then I clicked on what’s on facebook to see, what it shows – what I received was an error (3).
Just a moment ago I’ve like another photo from the same gallery. There’s no sign of it in my activity chart on facebook (4).
I hope my description is clear
awaiting your answer.
Hi,
It looks like Facebook has made a change to their API (again) and this has affected our “like” button behaviour. Please disable that feature for now until we figure out what is wrong and how to fix it.
Update:
I have sent you an email with another version of the plugin for you to try.
Please let me know if that fixes the FB like issue.
I have the same issue was this resolved?
Has the plugin been updated with a fix??
I thought mine was up to date?
Yes, an enhancement was applied to the plugin for this.
Please do the following just to make sure:

If it still doesn’t work properly after that, share a link to the page on your site where we can go and inspect the issue.
