Hello, Did you have the debug option enabled exactly 30 days before the expiry date? On the night the plugin was suppose to send the notification.

1) Load a fresh copy of the plugin:

Re-install or Load a Fresh Copy of the Plugin(s)

2) Keep the debug enabled as you already have.

3) Change the notification before days value to 25 days (so it gets triggered again in a day or two)

4) Then share the debug data of the cronjob file so we can check and see what it did.

Hello Domingo have you tried a different theme? Try one of the default themes that come with WordPress and see if your issue is a theme related problem.

Also when you say:

– I disable all plugins without relationship with Tips-and-tricks-hq plugins and tested again…..did you disable all plugins and only left Tips-and-tricks-hq plugins when you ran that test?

Do you have any cache plugin?
