May 8, 2014 at 1:39 am in reply to: How to bulk import csv file of members who are not WordPress users? #62768mbrsolutionSpectatorHi Linda, once you download the skeleton file and you have opened the file as instructed in the URL above change the following fields from the list you provided above.
website_login = user_name
password = for the password Simply make a bulk announcement telling your members to use the “reset/forgot password” option at the start.(As stated by admin on the link above)
first_name = stays the same
last_name = stays the same
status (active vs inactive) = account_state make this either pending or active
email = stays the same
All we have done is made a few changes to the fields you have so that they will work with eMemeber plugin.
Try the above and let us know if it works for you.
Kind regards
May 7, 2014 at 11:22 pm in reply to: How to bulk import csv file of members who are not WordPress users? #62766mbrsolutionSpectatorHi Linda Bell, you can try the following addon.
The above addon needs to be tweaked to incorporate the correct fields into eMember.
If you already have WordPress users then try the following:

mbrsolutionSpectatorHi agien, I just check your link above and you have two Add to cart buttons. If you click on the Add to cart button underneath the image it takes you to the shopping cart in the same page and displays the correct item “Global Financial Bridge (GFB) – Financial statement analysis and what if software”
If you click on the yellow Add to cart button at the end of the page it takes you to PayPal website and displays Item # 3. I think you created this from your PayPal account.
You should only have the Add to Cart button from eStore. You need to remove the one you created from your PayPal account.
Kind regards
mbrsolutionSpectatorHi Brian, from your message above it sounds like you have not updated the plugins eMember, eStore and Affiliate plugins for over a year. Could please read the following URL to make sure you have the latest plugin installed.

mbrsolutionSpectatorHi summerpeters, what did you enter under the following?
WP eStore >> Add/Edit Product >> Thumbnail Image URL?
mbrsolutionSpectatorHi summerpeters, the reason why you aren’t seeing your images it is because they are pointing to the following path wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Private-Surf-Lesson-341×173.jpg
You need to update the path with the following URL
[http://www.surfyogamaui.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Private-Surf-Lesson-341×173.jpg]
That will fix your issue.
Kind regards
mbrsolutionSpectatorHello Ged, that is what eMember plugin does. If you are already a member it will recognize you and allow you to log in. If you are not a member then it will submit a form for you to fill in. I would say that most if not all membership plugins work in this manner.
Let us know if you need more information or help.
Kind regards
mbrsolutionSpectatorHello Ged, please read the following URL. It will help you understand how the registering of new members process works.

mbrsolutionSpectatorHi Richard, I understand and I am sorry if the link above is a bit challenging for you. Is your website running locally? If not, then can you share a link to the page in question so we can take a look?
