MemberThe thumbnail is not showing on my page [http://thedesignark.com/shoppe/alphabets/]
However, if you click on the question mark on the image box it takes you to [http://thedesignark.com/?attachment_id=24] and the image shows. I searched the forum and the advice was to uncheck the smart thumbnail option which I did.
If I put in the direct URL instead (which I have checked for spelling) on hitting save product this error appears:
Error 404 – Page Not Found [http://www.thedesignark.com/wp-content/uploads/Shop/Buttons/SB1.jpg]

SpectatorHello Shop, have you tried adding the following path..
Kind regards

MemberHello, yes that worked! So the answer, is not to include the www? That hadn’t occurred to me. Thankyou.

MemberOh dear, I’ve run into another problem.
I have this page with the thumbnail showing: [http://thedesignark.com/shoppe/buttons/]
But now the url link doesn’t work.
I have set the thumbnail target URL as [http://thedesignark.com/shoppe/buttons/shabby-buttons/]
But that throws up a 404 error.
I’m also now worried the Download link wont work. How should I enter the digital download link also please.

Keymaster@Shop, you just have a few errors with your URL values.
First, you have an empty space character at the end of the URL that you entered in the product configuration. So please edit that product and fix it.
Do the following when you are entering an URL value to make sure it is a correct one.
Copy the URL from the browser then paste it in the field and make sure to remove any empty space at the beginning or end. Additionally, you can enter that URL in the browser’s address bar to verify that the page/image loads (which proves that there is no typo in the URL).
Please do the above and then let me know how you go.
Also, reload a fresh new copy of eStore too:

MemberYou’re absolutely right. I must have copied some blank spaces when I copied the URL and couldn’t ‘see’ them! I’ve also loaded up a new version of the store, so I’m good to go! Thanks again.
