My email before account expires are not sending out.
– I am using v8.7.4
– I have checked the Auto Expiry Email Notifications box on Settings > General.
– I have Number of days before expiry set to 30.
– The from email, subject and body are filled in.
– All membership levels expire 12/31/2013.
– In the member list, all members have an expiry date of December 31, 2013.
– My cronjob.log is successfully checking the correct membership levels but is not showing that anyone should get the email.
i.e.
[12/02/2013 5:54 PM] – SUCCESS :Auto expiry email notification feature is enabled. Checking user account expiry details…
[12/02/2013 5:54 PM] – SUCCESS :Checking membership level: 2. fixed date : 2013-12-31
Any ideas where I might have missed a setting or something?
Hello, Did you have the debug option enabled exactly 30 days before the expiry date? On the night the plugin was suppose to send the notification.
1) Load a fresh copy of the plugin:
2) Keep the debug enabled as you already have.
3) Change the notification before days value to 25 days (so it gets triggered again in a day or two)
4) Then share the debug data of the cronjob file so we can check and see what it did.
