Since I cannot edit my previous post let me point out a mistake in what I said and clarify regarding it being related to my other post.
Scratch the first paragraph of my previous post, instead here is clarification.
The two issues are both happening to the same product. So, same product. Two different issues.

The debug logs have been on.

We provide a coupon code discount for our members
We have gift certificates available for anyone to buyIf a member receives a gift certificate they should be able to purchase a class using their discount coupon because that’s what they get for their membership fee. But they should also be able to use a gift certificate because someone has already paid us the money for that.

W3 Total Cache is installed but has been deactivated this entire time and has never cached these orders.
I have not noticed the time/date being off anywhere else.
This is happening in the Order Management area for both Orders Table and Archived Orders, and I just noticed that it also happens in the Manage Customers area when I search for a specific product, the order does not come out in numeric order. Although when I click Manage Customers and see the full list it is in correct numeric order.

Logically, I think it should because someone could have a discount code and gift certificate (which someone paid for and it’s full value, should be the same as them paying any other way).
Here is the error message we get when we apply the discount first:
You already applied a voucher to this cart. Empty the cart then add items to apply a voucher again.Here is the error message we get when we apply the Gift Certificate first:
Discount can only be applied once!So the checkout is treating them both as discounts. Which they are not.
The logical thing for a customer to do is to apply their member discount first, then the gift certificate on the remaining charge. If they were paying through Paypal for the whole thing they would get the discount off the full price, then pay for the remaining. The Gift Voucher should be treated the same as cash (Paypal payment).

I’m just asking for the size it should be. I’ll figure it out myself using trial and error.

kezParticipantWhat is the process if we start with a basic membership, and people sign up for the recurring subscription, then we add a 2nd tier and someone wants to change their recurring subscription over to the higher tier? In other words, they want to change their subscription amount not to add a subscription.
Is there an easier way than to make them cancel their existing subscription and then to add the new one?
