Gift Voucher add-on – what size/format should the template be?

We want to create our own customized template for the gift voucher add-on. I couldn’t find any information about creating our own template in the documentation. What size and image format does it need to be?

There is no way to customize a template, beyond what is described in the documentation. If you require something “special,” it will need to be a custom work order.

What I’m asking for is possible for me to do from the add-on as a built in function just by uploading the image I want to use. I’m just asking for the size it should be. I’ll figure it out myself using trial and error.

Within the addon’s “images” directory, are the background and thumbnail files of each template. You should be able to replace these files, using the following specifications:

Background Files:
150 DPI
7.87″ by 3.55″
1181 px by 532 px

Thumbnail Files:
300 DPI
0.67″ by 0.30″
250 px by 90 px
