I have the Post Payment Actions add on installed and have set one up to email me when new orders of a certain product ID come in. We have had lots of these orders but I have never gotten an email — so it’s just not working.
Do any of the debug logs show any post payment actions occuring?
I have just turned on the debug logs, so I’ll post back with the results after I get another of the orders that is supposed to trigger the action.
I have a debug log now. Is there an email address I can send it to so I don’t expose any sensitive information here?
