wp affiliate – affiliates viewing referrals

I have setup my site to capture the leads generated from my affiliates.

It shows up in the back office (WP) under Manage Leads.

I enabled the : Show leads/conversions data to affiliates – feature.

When I login to the affiliate I do not see anything under referrals.

Any suggestions?

The leads are shown in the following menu of the affiliate area (this is where your affiliates go to see their leads data):

Referrals -> Leads

So click on the “Leads” menu under the referrals area.

Also, make sure you are logged into the affiliate account that generated those leads. The WP dashbaord shows all leads as that one is for admin. The individual affiliate area will only shows leads generated by that particular affiliate.

I do not have a Leads menu ( or any sub menu ) under the Referrals menu in the back office for the affiliates. Is there something I might be missing?

Please load a fresh copy of the plugin then check that menu.

Done that and it still does not show up?

The only explanation for that menu item to be not there is if you didn’t upgrade the plugin correctly using our upgrade instruction:

What version number do you see for that plugin when you look at it in your WordPress plugins menu?

Can you please post a link to your affiliate login page and share the details of a test affiliate account so I can log in and check this?

I am using this version of the plugin: Version v5.3.6 according to wordpress.

You need to make sure under your wp affiliate settings you have this checked : Enable Contact Form 7 Lead Capture: you have to use Contact Form 7 if you want to see the leads in the referring affiliates account.
