I normally use chrome and they work ok but discovered today that variations are not working in firefox. the drop down list displays in my next-gen gallery but does not work.

I had a look at this with firefox and everything is working fine for me (I checked with the latest version of firefox). Can you tell me what version of firefox you are using?

Also try clearing your browser cache on firefox and see if it is still having this issue.

H. Ivy, Thanks for the suggestion. I am using v 17.0 of Firefox. I cleared the cache and still have the same problem. The drop menu is displaying but it does not respond when I click on it to choose one of the options. Were you able to select different options from the drop menu?

Yeah it is working fine in firefox for me too. I can choose an option from the variation drop down and add it to the cart then checkout.

I did notice that your site tries to show an automatic popup which firebox blocks. It is possible that popup is making your firefox (due to your settings) non responsive. Maybe try a different computer just to be sure?

Hi I’m having the same problem, works fine on all other browsers but firefox does nothing when i click on the drop menu?
