KeymasterHi Dave, I can’t seem to view your products page (it ask for a login). Can you share test login credentials so I can take a look?

KeymasterOkay so the shortcode and there and it is correct. That usually means you have added/upgraded a plugin recently which is breaking the shortcode functionality of your site.
Gotta find out which plugin is messing up the shortcode rendering functionality. Unless you can remember what you changed recently, you gotta do that following test:

KeymasterI will have to take a look at your setup for this. I have sent you an email.

KeymasterMy recommendation would be to capture those signups as lead and then you can award commission later manually by going to the leads menu. Here is the documentation on how you can capture users as leads:
I recommend capturing them as leads first because that way you are not giving out commission for FREE signups without any kind of manual checks. It is bound to be abused by users when you directly give commission for free signups without some manual checks in the middle.
With that said, if you do want to give commission for those signups then take a look at the following documentation:

KeymasterOkay that explains it. For some reason PayPal is not liking it when that other software is splitting the IPN.
We actually have hooks and API to integrate the affiliate plugin with another e-commerce or membership plugin. So why don’t you request the DAP developer to add an integration for it? Show them the following documentation and they might add an integration:

KeymasterHi Tim, Sandbox transaction most of the time doesn’t work because of sandbox account setup related issue.
The following post should be helpful for you to make sure your PayPal sandbox account is setup and configured correctly:

KeymasterWhat are you going to use as the search key? The email address of the user?
December 10, 2013 at 10:13 pm in reply to: WP affiliate – PayPal IPN validation failed since update #59512admin
KeymasterPayPal did some changes in their IPN verification process few months ago so we had to update the plugin accordingly. Just for a test can you please add the IPN code in that button just for this plugin and do a test? I want to eliminate the possibility that the IPN splitting is causing the validation issue/error.

KeymasterIs the shortcode for the products and shopping cart still there or have those shortcodes disappeared? I am trying to understand if the issue is coming from the shortcode not rendering or the shortcode not being there at all.

KeymasterHave you enabled the following options (it is mentioned in the documentation I shared in my previous post)?
December 10, 2013 at 5:09 am in reply to: eStore – conflicting lightbox issue between theme and eStore #59143admin
KeymasterAsk them why the theme has coding errors. Javascript errors that are coming from the theme has got nothing to do with a 3rd party plugin or anything. A theme SHOULD NOT have any coding errors in it.
What theme will work? Any properly coded theme will work with our plugin. Basically a theme that doesn’t have coding errors will do fine.
Any themes that you can get from WordPress’s theme directory/repository should work fine.
I would recommend using a theme from a reputable developer though. Or use the WordPress’s Default themes (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 etc). I personally avoid buying anything from a marketplace (there tends to be a lot of junk stuff in marketplaces because no one takes responsibility).

December 10, 2013 at 4:59 am in reply to: Need to collect customer information BEFORE checkout #59541admin
KeymasterPlease read the following post so you have a little more info on how eStore’s checkout works and why:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/collect-buyer-information-before-checkout
Given the type of site you are trying to setup, you are going to need an account management type plugin. That will allow each customer to have an account on the site and can do certain things when they are logged into the site.
You can use a membership plugin for user account management side of things. Take a look at the 2nd and 3rd video from the following page:
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-membership/a-typical-member-registration-flow-96
I think you are after that kind of setup.

KeymasterPlease first load a fresh new copy of eStore:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
Then post a link to the page where I can go and add an item to the cart so I can see what it does when I go to PayPal.
