I have had estore working fine on a WP site for over a year on my site. strategiesinlanguagelearning.com/products
Add to cart buttons have disappeared off each product ( also the widget I have on site for cart on sidebar has also lost the cart)
I did have some problems with site and had it repaired ..so maybe something happened then. Is there some test I can do or something I can check..etc to see if I can repair etc.
I know an option is to reinstall etc..but would rather not of I can avoid it…
thanks muchly,
Andrew
December 7, 2013 at 5:08 am #59498mbrsolutionSpectatorHello Andrew you might want to reinstall or load a fresh plugin since you had a problem with your site and had to repair it. You don’t lose data when you do that. Check the following post:

December 10, 2013 at 9:15 am #59499WandriskaMemberI re-installed a new version, downloaded from T&T and the problem persists.
To uninstall every plugin and check each one is going to be a mission..is there any other way??
December 10, 2013 at 12:01 pm #59500mbrsolutionSpectatorHello Wandriska you don’t have to uninstall the plugin, you can simply disable all plugins. Then enable one by one and run a test. Unfortunately this is one of the methods at the moment that will help you and us find if a plugin is causing your issue.
December 10, 2013 at 10:11 pm #59501adminKeymasterIs the shortcode for the products and shopping cart still there or have those shortcodes disappeared? I am trying to understand if the issue is coming from the shortcode not rendering or the shortcode not being there at all.
December 11, 2013 at 6:55 am #59502WandriskaMemberIf this is what you mean by the shortcode…[wp_eStore_fancy2 id=7]
They are there.
December 11, 2013 at 10:03 pm #59503adminKeymasterOkay so the shortcode and there and it is correct. That usually means you have added/upgraded a plugin recently which is breaking the shortcode functionality of your site.
Gotta find out which plugin is messing up the shortcode rendering functionality. Unless you can remember what you changed recently, you gotta do that following test:

December 13, 2013 at 5:15 am #59504WandriskaMemberOkay ..have tested all the plug ins…shopping basket never appeared.
I have Thesis installed..I am reluctant to uninstall it as am a bit fearful of repercussions!!
I used theme-check..nothing wrong there.
ANy other suggestions…?
