I think you were right. It looks like the most recent version of WP fixed the problem. I’ll let you know if I see anything else.
AS stated above, this behavior occurs with no other plugins activated, on the default twentynineteen theme.
I think you’re looking in the right place. See the “Parent Page” dropdown under “Page Attributes”.

Do note, however, that for whatever reason it takes a couple seconds for the “Parent Page” dropdown to pop up and display, even without the Gateway plugin enabled. So on a clean install take a look at the Page Attributes section after the the Edit page has FULLY loaded. Eventually the Parent Page dropdown will display.
Once the Gateway plugin is turned on, however, the Parent Page dropdown never appears.

I am also experiencing this problem. I’m running:
Wordpress 5.0.3
Default twentynineteen theme
WP Payment Gateway Bundle Version 2.3.3
All other plugins deactivated.
I can still select the parent page in the Page list’s “Quick Edit” link. But the Page Parent dropdown disappears in the Editing window when the Gateway plugin is activated.
I was having trouble with the Thank you page using Authorize.net AIM.
In WP estore/Settings/General Settings I had “Return URL” set to [https://www.singlemothersbychoice.org/thank-you/]
But post checkout was getting routed to my home page.
I finally just realized I had to put in that “Return URL” in the general settings of the Payment Gateway Bundle (Settings/Payment Gateway Bundle/General Settings).
Bingo. Thank you page started working.
Good point. It’s not officially a country. That being established, if I modify the code to include it anyway, is there a way to protect that change from future updates?
This would be a great feature to have. In my client’s organization membership expiry is connected with the termination of other services. Getting an email would be the easiest way to let admin know that an action needs to be taken.
A possible second option that I was exploring was to sort the membership list by expiry date, so recently past and upcoming expiries could be quickly identified. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like the membership list can be sorted that way.
Are there currently plans to enable admin expiry email notifications or to enable expiry date sorting on the membership list?

I need to add “Bermuda” to the country list. I’ll modify the code above if needed. Can I put that in my child theme to protect it from updates? If so, what would be the appropriate file structure?
Would that edited country list also display for the backend new member creation?
Update on this. I just updated WordPress and several other plugins (not eMember) and that seemed to fix the problem. Sorry I should have done that before posting!
Running eMember 8.9.7.
Do you have the status on this? I would like a similar admin notification when a membership expires.
I am searching by city, by state, by country, zip, phone number, and company name. All of these turn up either no results or inconsistent results.

Putting in “United States of America” only yields one result of the two U.S. listings.
Copying and pasting in a listing’s phone number yields no result.
Copying and pasting in one of the company names yields two results!
Any idea what might be causing the confusion?
A follow up on this:
I’m using Member Profile Extended to control what information is shown on the “Details” page.
What I would like is to have certain data fields (like “Phone Number” and “Email”) to display on the detail pages for “Therapists” (a public directory) and have those same data fields hidden for the detail pages for “Community” (a more private directory).
Is there a way to do that?
I’m thinking that there might be a bit of code for the Details page that controls the field display like this:
“If Membership level = ‘Therapist’ Then display profile fields x,y, and z. If Membership level = ‘Community’ then display profile fields a,b,c. If Membership level is ‘Therapist’ AND ‘Community’ then display profile fields x,y,z,a,b,c.”
Is this doable within the existing eMember framework?
