I am using eMember eMember v8.8.7 and I tried to search my membership for members who had a certain secondary membership level, but the search came up empty. It appears the search function only works for the Primary Membership. Is this correct? Is there a way to search for members belonging to a certain membership regardless of whether it is assigned as their primary or a secondary?
This is important for me because the first membership level I am assigning to my list of imported users is the most important, but I will be adding secondary memberships to many of them. And (if I understand the processing correctly) a membership added later become the “Primary”, replacing the original Primary.
Thanks for your help.
wploveSpectatorI want a similar thing: a text link in my header that says “Login” if user is not logged in and “Logout” if user is logged in. The link would go to a Login/out page with the login shortcode on it.
I’m not super PHP-savvy. Would someone be able to provide the code I could use to drop into my header.php file?
Thanks!
May 12, 2014 at 4:04 pm in reply to: What to do if the Debug file is empty or New Debug info is not getting added #18307wploveSpectatorI’m trying to figure out why I’m getting a checkout error. I’m using Authorize.net as my gateway. After I checkout, I get a “Transaction Error” page with this:
“There was an error with the transaction processing. Please see below for details
Subcode:
Reason Code:
Reason:”
No help there so I enabled the debugging log and tried again. Nothing came up when I clicked on the log links so I started troubleshooting following the steps outlined in the beginning of this post. I got stymied on Step 4. Can you tell me how to proceed if I am using Authorize.net? The instructions are all PayPal.
Thank you!
May 5, 2014 at 8:04 pm in reply to: eStore – Thumbnails not showing – Only showing missing image icon #50237wploveSpectatorI don’t think so. All my image thumbnail url’s are pulled from WP Media files that have been uploaded to the site.
wploveSpectator“would it be possible to order product manually within a category”
I still would like to see this feature. Is there a patch available to give this functionality? A drag and drop capability to specify the order in which products should be displayed in a category list would be great.
I thought I might be able to do it by changing product ID #’s but those numbers are locked down after a product is created.
I am using Authorize.net AIM for checkout.

April 28, 2014 at 7:21 pm in reply to: eStore – Thumbnails not showing – Only showing missing image icon #50235wploveSpectatorI had the exact same problem as Dave. I just resolved it by unchecking the “Enable Smart Thumbnails” option. Seems like there might be bug with that.
wploveSpectatorThat didn’t come through right. Here’s what I see:

<p>Thanks</p>wploveSpectatorI’m using eMember v8.8.6 – is this email/username feature in place? It doesn’t seem to be working when I try it. Is there a special setting I have to change to get it to work?
