@idougal, have you removed the lightbox shortcode from this page [http://relaytraining.com/training/test/]?
Last time I checked the video using Google Chrome. It was working fine. So I think this is only happening on your end (because of the addon that you have installed).
Hi, a PDF file will only open in lightbox if the browser can display it. Please do the following to test it:
1. Upload a PDF file on your web server (using Media Library)
2. Copy the URL and paste it in the address bar of your browser
It will either start downloading or open in the browser window. If it opens lightbox should be working fine.

Hi, currently this is the only shortcode to play a protected swf video:

It usually happens when the video is not encoded properly. You can try encoding your video using a H.264 encoder (example: Handbrake) and see how it goes:
