estore – not redirecting to checkout page

I’ve added a checkout page with the shopping cart short code. I want the customer to get redirected to this page, however, when they click add to cart, i simply get a green check mark and they are not redirected. How can I resolve this issue?

What are the URL of your product page, and checkout page?

there are products all across [http://psychprep.com.s186708.gridserver.com] and it’s sub pages

the cart page specifically is located at:

[http://psychprep.com.s186708.gridserver.com/?page_id=494]

This is all on a temporary domain because DNS is not yet pointed, however, the redirect, I believe, should still work regardless of that.

Do you have the “Enable Ajax on Add to Cart Buttons” option checked in the eStore settings (WP eStore->Settings->Advanced Settings)? If so please disable it. The ajax option allows you to add products to the shopping cart without refreshing the page. So the redirection will not work with this method.
