ModeratorYou can easily customize it by specifying the class name in the shortcode:

ModeratorHi, I tried your MP4 shortcode on our development site. It’s not playable on the iOS devices. Can you please encode your video using a H264 encoder (listed above) and give it a go?

ModeratorHi, you really don’t need to use the html5 shortcode. The “all browser compatible” shortcode or the “flowplayer” shortcode will work on the iOS devices as well.
You just need to make sure that all the videos are properly encoded:

ModeratorLightbox Ultimate doesn’t have any option to show a play button on the anchor image. Did you use your own CSS to customize the image?

ModeratorHi, currently there is no option to do this using Lightbox Ultimate.

ModeratorNot all of them. Your YouTube video (using prettyPhoto shortcode) is working fine. However, you are using a mp4 video in one of the prettyPhoto shortcodes. None of our prettyPhoto shortcodes can play mp4 video. You will have to use a different shortcode for that (MP4 Video Display section):
In the documentation each shortcode has a title and a short description. This is so users know what type media that particular shortcode can pop up and how you can use different parameters to customize it.

ModeratorHi, Please answer the following questions to help us troubleshoot this issue:
1. What version of the Payment Gateway Bundle Plugin are you using?
2. Do you get redirected to the “Return URL” (Thank You page) after the transaction?
3. Have you configured the “Success URL” option based on the verotel documentation (Step 3)?
Please share the link to the page where you have a button to accept payment using verotel.

ModeratorLast time when I checked the page source your videoid parameter was formatted. So when WordPress filtered the shortcode the value of videoid was
<strong><em>...</strong></em>. This is why your YouTube video is not getting rendered. In the shortcode your
direct_embedparameter is empty. It means you don’t want to directly embed the video. So either you want to pop up the video (lightbox) from a text or an image. But you haven’t specified any value in theanchor_typeparameter. The values oftextandsourceare empty as well. The plugin doesn’t know what to do with this shortcode. Please do the following:
1. Save the following YouTube shortcode guide on your computer:
2. Open the PDF guide using Adobe Reader or Acrobat installed on your computer. Copy your desired shortcode from the PDF guide and paste it on a text editor (example: notepad).
3. Replace all the necessary parameters with your desired values. For example: videoid, text (if applicable), source (if applicable).
4. Copy the full shortcode from notepad and paste it on the “Visual” Editor of your WordPress post/page.
5. Update the post/page.
Let me know how it goes.

ModeratorHi, can you please switch to the “prettyPhoto default” theme (WP Lightbox->Library Settings->PrettyPhoto Settings->Theme) to see how it goes?

ModeratorHi, Unfortunately, Lightbox Ultimate doesn’t have any popup option for the homepage. The auto popup option we have is very simple and can only work on a post/page.
You need to use one of the three options to pop up/embed a YouTube video with this shortcode:
1. direct embed
2. pop up from anchor text
3. pop up from anchor image
You can easily create an empty div and hide the shortcode inside it. That way no anchor text or image will be visible. For example:
<div style="display:none;">
shortcode goes here
</div>Please make sure to switch to the HTML editor before you do this.

ModeratorHi, Which shortcode are you having this issue with?
November 29, 2012 at 11:09 pm in reply to: Lightbox Ultimate – cannot add a link to description text in modal window #51884wpCommerce
ModeratorTry this:
[wp_lightbox_prettyPhoto_anchor_text_video link="http://vimeo.com/52805846" width="720" height="480" text="Watch a Quick Tour" description="<a href='/contact/'>What</a> if running a swim team was LESS WORK and MORE FUN?" class="blue video-arrow btn floatleft"]November 29, 2012 at 12:06 pm in reply to: Lightbox Ultimate – no lightbox is shown but it links directly to youtube #46946wpCommerce
ModeratorIt’s because that code is coming from our new shortcode. It’s also specific to a single shortcode whereas the prettyPhoto code works for all the prettyPhoto shortcodes.
Did you try switching to the twenty ten WordPress theme? That way we will know if something else is causing this issue.
