Lightbox Ultimate – MP4 video on iPhone not centered on the screen

I am using WP-Lightbox-Ultimate plug-in with the MP4 short code on the following page:

Ths short code that is being used here is as follows:

[wp_lightbox_mp4_video link=”http://training.all10.com/seminarvideo/CZ_PTS1.mp4″ width=”450″ height=”288″ source=”http://www.all10.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/CAS_Pass_small.png”%5D

This page works fine on all desktop browsers, but when I view it from an iPhone, the lightbox opens up, but is not centered on the screen. Instead, the lightbox is aligned to the top and left and is squished in size.

Please let me know what I can do to get this fixed.
