I’m using the eStore plugin with a client’s site along with the Payment Gateway to process payments using Verotel. The users are able to pay just fine. I see every transaction on Verotel’s site. But the transactions do not appear on eStore. The stats section still says zero sales. And no download links are being sent out to either myself nor to the customer.
Below is what shows up for wp_pg_debug.log

And here’s what shows up in eStore_post_payment_debug.log

[12/01/2012 2:04 AM] – SUCCESS :Generating download link for single file.
I checked all the settings and they appear to be right, but maybe I’m overlooking something.

1. What version of the Payment Gateway Bundle Plugin are you using?
2. Do you get redirected to the “Return URL” (Thank You page) after the transaction?
3. Have you configured the “Success URL” option based on the verotel documentation (Step 3)?
Please share the link to the page where you have a button to accept payment using verotel.

December 10, 2012 at 1:38 am #52017wpCommerceModeratorHi, That shouldn’t be a problem as long as you configure the “Success URL” and “Signature key” for each of your websites (You can add multiple websites to your verotel account). For example:
1. If you have a site “A”, you need to configure the flexpay options associated with site “A” on your verotel account. You also need to configure the settings of the payment gateway bundle plugin installed on site “A”.
2. If you have a site “B”, you need to configure the flexpay options associated with site “B” on your verotel account. You also need to configure the settings of the payment gateway bundle plugin installed on site “B”.
