I am having a similar problem, shopping cart not emptying after purchase. I am being returned to the thank you page but it is displaying the wrong memebership level.
Here is what is being displayed, notice the free membership, but in eMember, it reflects a paid memebership.
I have checked the PDT settings and think they are all correct.

Additionally, this is an installation that worked fine last year. It is for a conference and I was able to register 32 individuals last year. I am using the same installation with new products. The new products, one of which is a new registration for this year, do not work. I am having the same problem. Payment is posted in paypal and nothing returned. I turned on debug and nothing entered into log.
I like your way a LOT BETTER.
It worked, I am able to add products.
Just did a check on my db files and 3 estore tables are corrupt
Error : Incorrect key file for table ‘wp_wp_eStore_coupon_tbl’; try to repair it

Can I go into phpmyadmin and delete all wp_wp_estore tables and reinstall?
I deleted the plugin, unzipped the file and ftped the files up, create a new product, ‘new product added’ and again cannot find the product.
This was not an upgrade but an initial install.
Do I understand it correctly that I should put my premium content in a category different than the free content and then allow access to the premium content by membership level?
I want to ‘drip’ content out on a monthly basis so would I:
1. Create a free category for first time, tire kicker visitors.
2. Create a level 1 category for the first month of membership
3. Create a level 2 category for the second month of membership and on and on?
Then, via the automatic upgrade assign the level to the new category each month?
Rick, I sure do appreciate (and respect) your posts about the quality of these products (to include WLM).
I want to compliment the eMember and eStore staff on how quickly they corrected a problem that came about via the latest WordPress update. The had a corrected file out within about 36 hours of the reported problem.
Makes me feel very good about using these products!
I was having the same problem. I would set up the product on one url and tried to get the member added to a second url.
I fought with for a couple of days and decided against it.
It sounds as if you were having the same problem, especially with the sales/squeeze page.
I could not get them working the way I wanted so I got wp sales page (a plugin that creates a ‘sales page’ template. I use to create my pages and can now use eStore and/or eMember on the same site that I use for my product.
I have a need to set up quarterly and annual subscriptions relative to a calendar year (ie Apr May June 2010 as second quarter of 2010, Jan thru Dec 2011 or annual 2011) as opposed to only 3 months or 12 months from now.
Is this possible or is it only based on lapsed days and/or months?

I have the same problem.
Installed eStore and eMember. When attempting to protect content in eMember, nothing shows up (pages, posts).
I was having the problem with not being able to access members and (since it was a brand new site in testing) deleted everything and started over.
I cannot find a way to delete them.
On the ‘WP eMembers – Manage Members’ display, there are no members displayed.
What I see on the dashboard is
Recent 5 members
ID User Level Since
8 Paid 2011-02-24
7 Paid 2011-02-23
6 JanetO Paid 2011-02-21
5 Paid 2011-02-21
with no way to select and delete any of them.
I agree with you about having some patience (once I get rid of all of them).
The problem was that I was trying to register a username that was already registered.
The reason for this is the in eMember, I do not have any members showing up in ‘Manage Members’ but I have a list of 4 users in my dashboard, 3 without user names.
How can I ‘manage’ (ie delete) these users if they are not showing up in my manage members page?
I just downloaded, uploaded, deactivated and reactivated both eStore and eMember and get the same error.
