Hello,
I have purchased and installed WP eStore & WP Affiliate & WP eMember & PDF Stamper & Infinity Remix and am loving it so far but I have now run in to a problem.
When I go to the eMembers dashboard I see the 2 members I created
[http://clip2net.com/s/NeXk]
but when I go to manage members they are not there
[http://clip2net.com/s/NeXE]
also when someone creates an account via my eMember login page and then logs in,
they are not logged in to wordpress, and if they want to comment on my external pages they are asked to log in again but this time it is the normal wordpress that wants the user to be logged in, even though on the eMembers widget it shows them logged in
[http://clip2net.com/s/NeYH]
please advise,
thanks in advance,
Theo

February 24, 2011 at 11:38 am #29406tom456MemberYes I have the same problem.
I automatically upgraded to WordPress 3.1 and ever since I cannot see the members listed.
Im using WP eMembers – Members v5.9.5
Please advise what to do as something isnt right somewhere?
Many thanks
February 24, 2011 at 11:53 am #29407tom456MemberJust a quick follow up I also have Wp affiliate and Wp estore and all seems fine with these programmes.
The problem in wp eMember is that I cannot access the content membership level protection area as it is not listing any pages and nor is it listing any members in the members area.
Please advise asap as this is obviously quite a serious issue.
Many thanks
February 24, 2011 at 1:45 pm #29408woodpecker34MemberI have the same problem.
Installed eStore and eMember. When attempting to protect content in eMember, nothing shows up (pages, posts).
I was having the problem with not being able to access members and (since it was a brand new site in testing) deleted everything and started over.
February 24, 2011 at 1:52 pm #29409z2z2zMemberSame issue here…
After the auto install of the latest WordPress release update 3.1
no members displayed, but they are in the database.
February 24, 2011 at 4:42 pm #29410TheoSpectatorIt seems the same problem is occurring in the ‘Manage Content Protection’ area
February 24, 2011 at 6:09 pm #29411kimpomaresMemberHmmm. Me too! jQuery problem?
February 25, 2011 at 2:24 am #29412ericgallagherMemberProblem here also!
February 25, 2011 at 3:22 am #29413amin007ParticipantLooks like WordPress has changed some AJAX functions in WP3.1 which is making eMember fail when it makes the queries. We are looking into it to identify the issue.
FYI – This won’t affect your existing content protection or signup process on the site. Your existing customers won’t be affected. eMember is just having an issue retrieving the list from WordPress. We will provide a fix for this ASAP.
February 25, 2011 at 3:37 am #29414ericgallagherMemberIs there a place where we can know about these issues before we upgrade? Just wondering for future reference.
February 25, 2011 at 6:28 am #29415amin007ParticipantOkay fixed!
Updated the eMember plugin to resolve the WordPress3.1 issues. Download a latest build of eMember from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
We always keep our plugins upto date so it works with the latest version of WordPress. When WordPress releases a new version it is a good practice to give it a few days before upgrading so the plugin and theme developers get time to test the new release out and resolve any issues. We do test the plugin with the beta version of the upcoming release but things do change between the beta and the final release.
February 25, 2011 at 9:18 am #29416tom456MemberMany thanks all working fine now.
Customer service excellent as ever…
Thanks again
February 25, 2011 at 1:06 pm #29417TheoSpectatornot working for me.
I uploaded the correct files to the correct location
I then deactivated and re-activated the plugin
Now it gets stuck at ‘loading’ on both the members and manage content protection areas
February 25, 2011 at 1:49 pm #29418TheoSpectatorfalse alarm…. sorry
no explanation as to why but it wouldn’t work for about 10 mins then it started working
