I requested a custom work order quote on last week and have not heard back from your team. Just seeing if you received it!
RALabITSpectatorHaha! I get what you’re saying – but is there a way to limit it to one use per account? They have to be logged in to use the coupon anyway and it’s only available on certain products but the product is a digital software that has 2 variations – windows and mac.
Our goal is to make it so they can only use this coupon once. So if they get sneaky and try to buy use the coupon on the 2nd version of the software, it will say “you’ve already used that coupon” or something like that.
I know it’s not foolproof even if done that way, but we’re losing money by people being crafty and using the coupon more than once. They’re basically stealing a second version of the software.
Is that possible?
Let me know!
RALabITSpectatorHow difficult would it be to add an export feature to this part of the plugin?
Is that something you could do? Is there somewhere I can suggest a feature?
RALabITSpectatorSo, If I understand correctly – the ones listed with no IP Address are automatically generated when the purchase email is sent?
We are not including that link to the product in the email (we’ve overwritten the template). So that is why it would show no IP address and no downloads.
So, when we’re searching to see if someone has downloaded the item, we should search for their membership ID because currently, the only way they can access the download is to log into their account.
Just want to clarify!
Thanks!
May 10, 2020 at 5:10 pm in reply to: Error! The unique registration code you used in the URL has already been used or #79330RALabITSpectatorHi there,
We have just moved to the eStore+eMember platform after ditching OptimizePress, so things are very new to us on our new website.
Our import of 11K legacy users went well, but I am actually having trouble with sending out the registration link to a few new customers.
Somehow, a couple of customers’ purchases were not recorded in the eStore – they are just missing completely, while their PayPal payments have gone through with no problems.
I manually add their purchases in the eStore, then sent them the Complete the Registration links via Admin Functions in the Members, so they can create their accounts themselves. I used their Customer ID to send those links from their eStore purchases, which I manually created – I was not asked for this value, so they were assigned automatically. For example, this is one of them:
ID 248 (This value is for internal use and cannot be changed)
What am I doing wrong? Why both customers I added manually receive this error?
April 24, 2020 at 1:57 pm in reply to: eStore – Encrypted Download Not Working When BackWPUp plugin installed #80497RALabITSpectatorI disabled the s3 integration add on and enabled the BackWPUp plugin and I was still able to download my products. What does the s3 integration addon do in terms of functionality? Is there any reason I would need it enabled on the site if my product files are hosted on AWS?
April 24, 2020 at 12:14 pm in reply to: eStore – Encrypted Download Not Working When BackWPUp plugin installed #80496RALabITSpectatorHello,
Our products are hosted on AWS – if I disable the s3 integration, will my products still be available through their amazon links?
April 23, 2020 at 4:13 pm in reply to: eStore – Encrypted Download Not Working When BackWPUp plugin installed #80494RALabITSpectatorHello!
Here is the error code:
“[23-Apr-2020 16:12:09 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare Awsconstantly() (previously declared in /home/ralab/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/vendor/aws/aws-sdk-php/src/functions.php:19) in /home/ralab/public_html/wp-content/plugins/estore-amazon-s3-integration/lib/aws/Aws/functions.php on line 22”
This only happens when the backup plugin is activated.
We are using the free version of the plugin.
Thanks!

April 3, 2020 at 12:30 pm in reply to: eStore – 100% Coupon Causes Payment Page to Load Forever #80399RALabITSpectatorI just turned on the debugging log and looked at the post purchase log:

April 2, 2020 at 7:57 pm in reply to: eStore – 100% Coupon Causes Payment Page to Load Forever #80397RALabITSpectatorOkay, so I have tested it on another website & it works.
However, we’re using this product to switch users from one level of membership to another for free using the coupon.
We have added the product id in the “reference text” section of this product, but when I purchase the product as a test using the 100% off coupon, it doesn’t change my membership level.
Basically, user is Level 1 member – User logs into website – User is prompted to purchase level 2 item with 100% off coupon – User Purchases Level 2 Item (because of this purchase, they are now a Level 2 Member. So their membership level should be changed by the reference text associated with the product.)
However, this process isn’t working.
Is there something I am doing wrong? Does the plugin not allow for this functionality?
Let me know please!
March 31, 2020 at 6:09 pm in reply to: eStore – 100% Coupon Causes Payment Page to Load Forever #80395RALabITSpectatorI have set up the manual checkout page & configured all of the options as mentioned in the article above.
I don’t want to show “manual” checkout as an option for anything other than items with a $0.00 balance.
Basically, this coupon is only available to people who are logged in under a certain membership level.
I don’t want everyone else who is logged in with a different membership level to see the manual checkout option, but I want it to automatically redirect to this option if the coupon makes the sale amount $0.
Every other time, we’ll be using paypal.
I’m still having the issue when they are being redirected after inputting the coupon – the manual checkout page never loads.
tinyurl.com/u56nqt7 – you can see the page is configured here.
And here are the settings for the payment gateways: tinyurl.com/tdlcxkv
Please let me know what I am doing wrong I need to get this fixed so I can test this part of my user flow.
Thanks!
RALabITSpectatorHow long is the response time when submitting a quote request for custom work?
I have not heard back yet and submitted a request yesterday morning.
Thanks!
RALabITSpectatorThanks! I think we’ve resolved this issue.
We tested the process with another Paypal account and it seems to have worked.
As far as the import not sending emails – we have figured out another way to import the users using a 3rd party plugin that seems to be what we needed.
Thanks!
RALabITSpectatorGot it – thank you for your help!
Is there another reason for the signup/change your password emails not sending when we import users into eMember?
This makes me think I’ve got the email settings configured incorrectly or something like that.
When we do this, they’re not going through paypal at all so the Paypal account issue wouldn’t have anything to do with it.
Thanks!
