eStore – License Key Addon for Imported Users

Hello!

We are importing our existing members into eMember. We have a software product, which upon purchase, assigns a user to a specific membership level where they have access to exclusive content. Kind of like how purchasing eMember or eStore gives you access to the support forum here.

We’re planning on using the license key plugin you guys have for security on this specific software. But, we have current members who have purchased the software on our previous website and we’re importing them all and assigning the correct membership level to them after the import.

Is there a way to make sure these people still have access to the product they purchased before (and all of the updates going forward) while also giving the imported users license keys for the product?

This is not something we can handle as part of estore or emember plugin support. The license manager is actually for developers and it needs to be customized for each site based on the requirement of that site.

How long is the response time when submitting a quote request for custom work?
