MemberA couple of things you should do/check:
1) In case you deleted some of standard pages, go to wordpress pages->trash and delete the trash.
2) Deactivate and reactivate the plugin. (this will recreate some of the standard photo seller pages)
3) Go to photo seller settings and make sure that correct pages are set in the “Page Settings” section
4) Delete the current gallery and create a new one from scratch and try viewing it again

MemberHi JOFS,
Oops sorry for the late reply!
In order for those strings to work, you need to create a new translation file based on the “POT” file.
The existing Swedish translation file is old and does not contain those strings and therefore you need create a new updated version based on our new WPS.pot file.
When you have done that send it to us and we will include it in the original release.

MemberIt is because you have a a bunch of errors like the following:
“NetworkError: 404 Not Found – [http://autosportpics.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/22/zoom_TourAuto14-7.jpg]”
I think that the reason that file does not exist is because your server cannot handle the processing of it because it involves creating a watermarked version of the full-sized hi-res version of the photo.
Can you please confirm if your server is on a shared host?

MemberPlease show me the exact gallery/image I need to click on which will reproduce the following issue you are referring to:
“The requested content can not be loaded, pleased try again later”

MemberOk I see what you mean.
I think you may have misunderstood how templates 9 and 10 work.
They basically display a lightbox popup with an “Add to cart” button. When you click on that button you will then be taken to the details page. I just tried that using your gallery and it works as expected.
If you don’t want a lightbox then you should choose one of the other templates, ie, NOT 9 or 10.

MemberWhich template have you chosen?
When you edit the gallery settings, are you saving the settings after enabling the “Preview Photo via Page” checkbox?
(To make sure that the settings are actually being saved correctly, go back to the gallery settings page of the gallery you just saved and verify that the “Preview Photo via Page” box is still checked)
Please provide a link to the gallery with the issue.

MemberCan you please enable debug from the photo seller settings menu and then try another test purchase and let us know when you’ve done that so we can check the logs?
Also in the wordpress pages menu can you verify that you have a page called “IPN” with the following shortcode:
[WPS_ipn]

MemberAre the buyers automatically redirected back from paypal to your site after they pay for the photos? Maybe your paypal account settings are not quite right.
Can you check the following settings in you paypal account:
Log in to your paypal acct and go to “Website Payment Preferences”.
What are your settings set to for the following?
1) “Auto Return” (this should be enabled)
2) “Payment Data Transfer (optional)”
Also find the “Instant Payment Notification (IPN)” setting and please enable this feature if it’s not enabled.
Let me know after you do the above if this fixes your issue.
