Photo seller – Preview Photo via Page

I dont seem to be able to view my gallery pictures using Preview Photo via Page: It always reverts to the lightbox. I’ve tried changing themes and deactivating other plugins but with the same result

Which template have you chosen?

When you edit the gallery settings, are you saving the settings after enabling the “Preview Photo via Page” checkbox?

(To make sure that the settings are actually being saved correctly, go back to the gallery settings page of the gallery you just saved and verify that the “Preview Photo via Page” box is still checked)

Please provide a link to the gallery with the issue.

I’ve tried templates 9 & 10 and yes I’m saving the settings and the tick is still in the box when I go back into the settings.

Ok I see what you mean.

I think you may have misunderstood how templates 9 and 10 work.

They basically display a lightbox popup with an “Add to cart” button. When you click on that button you will then be taken to the details page. I just tried that using your gallery and it works as expected.

If you don’t want a lightbox then you should choose one of the other templates, ie, NOT 9 or 10.

OK I was confused as next to the preview photo via page it says: This setting will show previews of your photos on a separate photo details page instead of using a lightbox, so that is what I expected on templates 9 & 10

Thanks for the clarification, perhaps a slight reword to say except on templates 9 & 10 would help
