I made a change to the plugin, so instead of showing countries, show that the client will withdraw with the seller, or will do home delivery.
We do not support code changes to the plugin. It looks like the reason you are seeing this issue is because you may have made some kind of mistake with your changes.
I just checked our code did a few tests regarding shipping and I can confirm that the shipping works fine for both mobile and computer devices.
Which files did you change and what exactly did you do?
Looks like you have the “photon” feature from jetpack enabled.
Please disable that and your thumbnails will work.
Regarding the page not found issue – your second gallery appears to go to a correct page but your first one seems to be going to some unknown page.
Can you delete the first gallery and create a brand new one and check if you see the same issue?
I meant to say that I am able to successfully view the slideshow on my mobile devices – Samsung S3 and ipad.

Please provide more details about exactly how big you want the button to be. Changing the photo seller buttons to theme buttons might not be possible but you might be able to tweak the CSS to suit you.
I would be happy with Template 9 if the design view were watermarked. Is there any way to do this with CSS?
Both template 9 and 10 use the full sized photo to display in the lightbox. The difference between the two being that template 10 watermarks the photo. Now the issue is, when a full-sized hi-res photo needs to be watermarked the server requires quite a lot of resources to perform this task and shared servers in general will not be good enough.
I think you are most probably running out of memory on your server.
Can you please check your server’s log files for any errors? (ask you provider if you don’t know how to find the log file)

I am able to view the individual photos on my mobile device (ipad) no problem.
What type of device did you try it on?
(Remember that the light-box will appear only at the gallery level photos not the album thumbs)
Template 9 and 10 should work on mobile screens.
Can you provide a link to your gallery so we can try it?
Any way of changing this behaviour? I’ve got a situation where I want to approve all downloads whether or not I charge for them.
Such a feature is not currently available.

)You should probably ask the nextgen support people why their plugin interferes with the file download operation of this plugin and if there are any work-arounds.
My understanding is that this problem has affected other plugins too.
Also in addition to the previous checks, can you also check if you are running the nextgen plugin?
If so, can you deactivate it and try the download link again?
(NextGen has been known to break file downloads of other plugins)
Ok I just tried that link and your site appears to be timing out.
I also checked the photo seller log.txt file and I couldn’t see any logs related to this. (log.txt is located inside this plugin’s folder)
Can you now please check your server/host log files and look for any errors and let us know what they are. (if you can’t find your server log file ask your host support)
