Photo Seller – Thumbnail images not displaying

Hi, I’ve recently downloaded Photo Seller and paid for the licence key.

I managed to install it no problem however when I try to upload photos to a gallery, the thumbnail to the gallery shows as a broken link and when I click through to the gallery it says page can’t be found. What is going wrong please?

Looks like you have the “photon” feature from jetpack enabled.

Please disable that and your thumbnails will work.

Regarding the page not found issue – your second gallery appears to go to a correct page but your first one seems to be going to some unknown page.

Can you delete the first gallery and create a brand new one and check if you see the same issue?

Hi Peter, many thanks for the prompt reply, much appreciated.

I disabled the “photon” feature as you advised and that did indeed fix the broken images which is great.

The page not found issue is still happening despite me deleting both my galleries and creating a new one. I’ve also double checked the photos details page is pointing to the automatically created photo seller page (photo details) which it is. Can you please take another look for me?
