Photo Seller – Manual order not being set to "pending"

Hi, just purchased WP Photo Seller and can’t get the manual orders working correctly. No matter what I do the order is always set to “complete” and the email contains the download link. I’ve tried checking and unchecking the options in the payment gateway settings. Tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times.

Every time I change the setting it says it has been changed correctly but it just doesn’t seem to be correctly applying it to the order.

Any ideas?

Make sure that in gateway settings you have the following:

Use Manual Gateway Checkout = checked

Process manual checkout as if the payment was complete = unchecked

Found it. If the total for the order is zero then the download link is always sent. Otherwise it goes into pending.

Any way of changing this behaviour? I’ve got a situation where I want to approve all downloads whether or not I charge for them.

Such a feature is not currently available.

Standard manual/offline checkout will always goes to pending (given the order amount is not $0). Why is your order total amount $0 if you have a normal checkout setup?
