I installed WP Photo Seller approximately 6-8 weeks ago. I tested everything at the time and it seemed fine. I’ve been making numerous changes since then to my site, although not to WP Photo Seller. I recently noticed that when purchasing from my site, a message appears saying the items were added to my shopping cart, but the shopping cart stays empty. I’ve tried deleting WP Photo Seller and reinstalling and I’ve tried deactivating again activating my license, both with no luck. My website is [www.tonybeaverphotography.com]
Thank you!
November 5, 2014 at 11:16 pm #66603wzpModeratorDid you click “View Cart” after seeing the “item(s) successfully added?” I can see the cart items. I did notice however, if I “Continue Shopping” and add more items; I must do an “Update Cart” to see the additional items; even after clicking “View Cart.”
November 5, 2014 at 11:22 pm #66604tonebeaMemberYes, and I can’t see them. If I “view page” on the check-out edit page I can see them, but doing the same on the shopping cart edit page shows me an empty cart.
November 5, 2014 at 11:54 pm #66605PeterMemberI don’t see any issues. I can add stuff to the cart and view the cart and then continue shopping and add more to the cart and when viewing it again I can see all items.
I can see that you are using WP-Super Cache. This is probably causing the unexpected behaviour.
Try the following instructions (meant for eStore but probably should also work for this plugin)
November 5, 2014 at 11:58 pm #66606tonebeaMemberYou can see that items aren’t added to the cart without “updating” the cart though, right? Is there code I can add somewhere to call the update before the cart is displayed?
And I’m noticing that if I have 2 items in the cart and remove 1, it shows up empty again.
November 6, 2014 at 12:00 am #66607PeterMemberNo, when I tried my test I never needed to update the cart – the items were there as expected.
Also, see my comment regarding the WP Super Cache plugin….you might want to try that.
November 6, 2014 at 12:01 am #66608tonebeaMemberI’ll try that and respond with results. Thank you.

June 22, 2015 at 8:19 pm #66610aihodgsonMemberHello, I am having trouble with my WP Photo Seller plugin. It was working fine then all of a sudden stopped. I have deleted it and requested a new link, downloaded that, and its even worse. When adding photos to cart it takes me to this page saying “opps page not found”, also, customers are not able to see images after they purchased digital downloads and click link In their email…it states: file cannot be opened. tried on several computers…any help would be appreciated!

Every picture I try and add to cart it does this. The other day client was able to purchase digital download of entire gallery but links in email for each photo did not load or save.
Thanks,
Amberly
June 23, 2015 at 12:06 am #66611adminKeymasterI think your galleries are password protected. Can you share a direct link to one of your gallery pages and the password for it? So we can see the issue you explained.
Also, go to your photo seller plugin settings menu and make sure you have the correct page specified for the photo details page.
